Teacher of Art

  • Required from Monday 25th February (or as soon as possible)
  • Temporary Fixed Term until 31st August 2019
  • Part Time (approx. 0.7 fte)
  • MPR1 (£23,720) - MPR6 (£35,008) dependant on experience


We wish to appoint a talented, dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Art in this 11 – 18 mixed comprehensive school, located since 2004 in a new £16 million building. The successful applicant will also be required to teach some KS3 technology. The post is temporary fixed term until the end of August 2019 and would be suitable for experienced teachers or NQTs.

The school has had more than £1million invested in ICT for use in teaching, learning and assessment. We have, with parents’ support, introduced tablet computers for all students in the main school.  We have outstanding facilities and excellent students.
