Uniform Basic Summary
Endeavour Learning Trust believes that all our children and young people as individuals have a strong sense of belonging to our organisation and in the community in which they live. A uniform can help to enhance the feeling of belonging for our young people, and it can help to create a sense of identity, regardless of their protected characteristics or socio-economic circumstances.
At Endeavour Learning Trust, we live out our values of Belonging, Togetherness, Individuality, Transformative and People Centred, and these principles are designed to ensure that we continue to put our children, young people and staff at the heart of all that we do.
