The Sun
The sun is 1,392,000km in diameter and 15 million °C making it the largest flaming ball of gas (AKA: a star) in our solar system! However, the sun itself is only a yellow dwarf star, meaning there are even bigger stars elsewhere! Luckily for us, the sun is only middle aged - nowhere near exploding or dying on us - a whopping 4.5 billion years old.
